Growth Associate

Khanapur, Gandipet, Hyderabad Full-time · On-site

An energetic, on-ground role to grow ProDynamiQ's community through outreach, events, and digital presence.

What You'll Do

  • Build relationships with players, parents and the local community
  • Grow our community and help more people discover ProDynamiQ
  • Create experiences: support events and memorable sporting moments
  • Own our digital presence: capture and share the everyday energy of ProDynamiQ
  • Support campaigns and community initiatives
  • Represent ProDynamiQ with energy and pride

Who We're Looking For

  • Great communicator, comfortable talking to anyone
  • Positive attitude with a can-do spirit
  • Self-driven and takes ownership
  • Organized and reliable
  • Creative, full of ideas to engage people
  • Passionate about sport and community

Attitude and drive matter more than experience. Background in sales, hospitality, or community roles is a plus. Freshers with strong communication welcome.
