1. Booking & Payment All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. Prices are as displayed at the time of booking.
2. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the booked slot are eligible for a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
3. Court Usage Players must arrive on time. Slots not utilized within 15 minutes of start time may be released. Proper sports attire and non-marking shoes are required on court.
4. Facility Rules Players must follow all facility guidelines and staff instructions. ProDynamiQ Sports reserves the right to deny access for misconduct.
5. Liability Players participate at their own risk. ProDynamiQ Sports is not liable for injuries sustained during play. Players are responsible for any damage to equipment or facilities.
